Hey POTGSNation!  We’re back with more!  This latest sighting was taken at a side angle so that the offending undergarments were not exposed!  Now if people are being discrete about their pictures of people who need to pull their pants up off the ground,  that guys gotta feel the draft, right?….right?

Thanks to Amy of Portland Oregon who was able to take two pictures of one of the best Pants on the Ground Sightings to date!  How are those pants even staying up?

Hubba hubba. There is enough extra material around his ankles to clothe a third world nation!
