We have received the following submission as a pants on the ground sighting.  Seeing as how the pants in question do not actually touch the ground in any way, we cannot confirm this as a pants on the ground sighting.  It is curious how he has managed to keep his pants off the ground.  Perhaps there is a product at work?  The Pants on the Ground Sightings Team will investigate and report back.

Unfortunately there is daylight between those pants and the sidewalk
