Pants on the Ground Sightings

This one was oh-so-close!  In a note with picture, Ron of Portland Oregon said just as he went to take the picture, the offending party actually pulled their pants up.  This creates an interesting dilemma:  if Pants on the Ground are as easy to fix as a quick lift with both hands (see below), how come they are so common?

This kid is demonstrating revolutionary moves. We can only call this groundbreaking maneuver (see inside of blue circle) the "Pull Up".

Hey POTGSNation, we’re back with another helping of fresh pants on the ground sightings. Seems like Portland has the edge on the rest of the country. We should start a belt relief fund!

Three out of four people in this picture agree: black shoes with white soles are the way to go. I guess twinkle toes in the white shoes didn't get the memo.

This guy has so much pant around his ankles that it looks like he's trying to protect his shoes from touching the ground.
